Artisan grade "Okumidori" matcha is EUROFINS certified pesticide free and although meet all organic standards, are not certified organic.
Matcha is sensitive to air and heat. We recommend to place your matcha in the fridge for optimal freshness.
You can enjoy your matcha as many times as you like but keep in mind that matcha contains caffeine. If you are sensitive to caffeine we would recommend 1 to 2 cups a day as the energy kick is long lasting (4-6 hours)
It depends on how strong you like your matcha. Typically, if you're using 1/2 a teaspoon per serving, the 30g bag could make 15-20 cups. If you're looking for something that will last longer, our 100g bag is more cost effective and can make around 50-70 cups.

It is recommended to reduce caffeine while pregnant or breastfeeding. If you usually drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day then matcha should be fine (as well as benefiting from all of matcha's wonders)
