After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within few minutes of ordering. We will send your order within 1-2 business days. Provided all the items in your order are in stock and “available now”, our aim is to deliver your Matcha Wellness products to your door between 3-5 working days of receiving your order. However, unforeseen circumstances might sometimes warrant the post taking a little longer than anticipated.

But rest assured, we’ll send your order as soon as we possibly can, and keep you up-to-date if there are any hiccups.​
